Hence, we acknowledge that learning is constant and to learn, mistakes will be made. iDev Africa undertakes a rigorous process of problem diagnostics and solutions, however, we create an atmosphere for iteration and learning. Hence, while we remain efficient, we learn from mistakes and ensure to never repeat them... iDev Africa's mission is to be a dependable source for African-owned solutions to Africa's complex problems. We hope to achieve this by addressing information asymmetry, skill development, and network, necessary to improve the lives and livelihood of its people and communities... The core of iDev Africa's mission is the community. Our staff and project beneficiaries must feel included and respected. Respectful engagement is fundamental in iDev Africa's approach.
