Justine is an experienced Product Manager and passionate advocate for diversity and wellness in the workplace. She firmly believes in the power of one's mindset to enable 10x contribution - and she's made a career out of creating 10x results through her uplifting style and ultra-fast agile decision making. At Eversight, Justine is the Product Manager for 2 AI-based revenue performance products for brands and retailers: Retail Promotion Optimization and CPG Offer Innovation. Outside of work, Justine has volunteered in the tech community since 2018 as a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador and Google Developer Group Co-Organizer, focusing on AI and Cloud Technologies. Justine is also a speaker on Ethical & Effective AI Product Management, most recently at ProductCamp Global 2021.
