Andrew L. Colbert is a seasoned executive with over 25+years of experience focused on forging partnerships andjoint ventures between small businesses and large corporations. His experience covers Federal, State & Localgovernment and the private sector.
Mr. Colbert has represented companies and interests as vast as International Underwriters and Brokers, focusing ondeveloping and marketing international student medical insurance products, to Sprint Nextel and T-Mobilecorporations overseeing national compliance with Federal, State and Local, Healthcare, Education and Utilitiesdiverse spend contracting requirements. Colbert also has vast knowledge, experience and relationships in IndianCountry while working with organizations such as Native American Rights Fund (NARF), Association on AmericanIndian Affairs (AAIA) and the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI).
Mr. Colbert is a dedicated, results oriented individual who has a strong ability to take complex business issues anddevelop innovative and actionable solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science Foreign Service degree fromGeorgetown University Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and a Juris Doctorate degree fromGeorgetown University Law Center. He is happily married to his wife of 30 years, Lanita. They reside in FortWashington, Maryland just outside of Washington, DC., and have one son, Marlin and 4 grandchildren (Vincent,Scott, Andrew, and Isabelle).
Andy Hill was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Chevy Chase, Maryland. He attended Bethesda - ChevyChase High School and later Rollins College where he earned a golf scholarship. After graduating with a degree inpsychology he moved back to Washington, D.C. where he started his career as a teacher at the Lab School ofWashington. In 2001 he made the transition to residential real estate where he joined his mother Sue Hill to createthe Andy & Sue Hill Real Estate Team. He spent the first six years of his career at W.C. & A.N. Miller Realtors andin 2007 they moved to McEnearney Associates where they were one of the top producing teams within the firm. For the next ten years, the team of Andy & Sue Hill specialized is representing sellers and buyers across Washington,D.C, and throughout much of Maryland. In the spring of 2017, Andy made the move to join the management teamat McEnearney Associates and later that summer was named Executive Vice President and Managing Broker for allof Maryland and Washington, D.C. Andy is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of three of thecompanies eleven offices and works with over seventy-five agents to help them grow their business. In addition tohis day-to-day responsibilities, Andy has been responsible for developing the firms mentoring and new agentprograms as well as helping expand the firm's presence within the DC and Maryland markets.
As a native Washingtonian, Carlos Reyes' journey in the real estate industry began more than 15 years ago when he started an online real estate company. Since then, he's helped more than 700 individuals and families as a real estate broker achieve their real estate goals across Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. Carlos now helps real estate agents grow their business and has assisted in the development of the "How2" Series, which teaches business fundamentals, execution and leadership.
Recognizing the diversity of the metro DC area, Carlos founded SMART Settlements in 2004 with the goal of providing multi-lingual settlement agents and a high-quality client experience at a convenient location. SMART has conducted more than 20,000 settlements to date.
Beyond the settlement table, Carlos' work extends into residential property development totaling over 500 million dollars and investing in real estate-related start-ups. His investments have included MMR and I- Agent. Carlos' most recent investment was Zoccam, the industry leader in delivering client proceeds from settlements. This work led him to start a multi-million dollar real estate fund in 2017 focused on real estate developers' short-term capital needs.
Outside of the office, Carlos seeks to improve and give back to the community by donating to area non- profits, including Jill's House and Casa Chirilagua. Carlos enjoys traveling, wine tasting, chess and spending time with his wife and two children.

Deniz Artemel became the assistant to the top real estate agent in Alexandria, Virginia in 1997, marking the start ofher real estate career. Recognizing Deniz's potential, McEnearney Associates invited her to develop the position ofTransaction Coordinator for the Alexandria office. There Deniz worked with 30+ of the company's top-producingagents to manage transaction details and aid in their business development.
After three years of supporting thebusiness of others, Deniz successfully transitioned to being a real estate agent herself and achieved the Multi-MillionDollar Sales Club in her first full year. In 2009, McEnearney offered her the job of Office Manager in its relativelynew and growing Washington, DC office.
Her various experiences in the real estate industry have prepared Deniz well for her most recent endeavor asMcEnearney's Assistant Manager for Company Outreach. Throughout her career, she has gained a trueunderstanding of the mechanics behind our demanding industry, as well as the company that has earned and retainedher loyalty.

Deniz has spent most of her life in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Born in Istanbul, Turkey, she moved at anearly age to Northern Virginia and has been involved in many of our metro area and Turkish communities. Her yearsin the travel business after college taught her a huge amount about hospitality, and fired her passion for customerservice and support roles which have been her forte.
Gerald (Jerry) Konohia's commitment to leveling the playing field for marginalized people and communitiesincludes 3 decades as a practitioner and in leadership roles, nationwide. He brings to the launch and impact of FreshWind CDC, an enthusiasm fueled perspective along with skills honed while addressing business, legal and financialmatters of varying size and complexity in the public and private sectors. Jerry is a native Washingtonian andalumnus of Walter B. Patterson Elementary School in DC's Ward 8, the University of Maryland @ College Park andThe Howard University School of Law. "The timing and urge of Fresh Wind CDC are a perfect fit for our world'scraving for change - I'm honored to participate and committed to the work."

Glen L. Hodge is a strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of expertise in traditional and innovative marketing initiatives, integrated marketing promotions and brand development. Glen currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Brown Sugar Bourbon, responsible for the brands strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance.
Previously, Glen worked at Combs Enterprise as the Brand Manager for spirits, Breakthru Beverage in Washington, DC as Marketing Manager elevating brands like Ciroc Vodka and Bulleit Bourbon into top performing brands across the Mid Atlantic Region. Glen has played an intricate part in the cultured development at prominent organizations including but not limited to: Boost Mobile, Heineken, And1, Diageo, Moet Hennessey, and Pernod Ricard.
Glen also serves as owner and CEO of private marketing firm, Sway Marketing Group. Sway Marketing Group creates several fortune 500 companies pathways to better understand consumer behaviors, seamless brand development and effective corporate communications.
Glen is a longtime DC resident and served 5 years in the United States Army.
