D-CRITICAL

D-Critical is an international network of researchers working together to detect signals of critical change in social-ecological systems and to find adaptation solutions to multi-risk events in rural environments... We focus on agroforestry systems in Equatorial America where climatic, economic and social drivers impact constantly small producers, oftentimes making them to abandon their farmlands and migrate to urban areas or change to non-sustainable forms of ecosystem management.
