Welcome to my micro-bakery. Here, you will find naturally levained, European-style sourdough bread and pastries. This sourdough is like few have had before: patiently fermented to just the right taste, not much at all into the sourness. I bake in small batches using the best locally sourced products, going organic with many of the main ingredients.
