Brian Kovacs has acquired over a decade of experience designing and building all things digital. He conducted his Undergraduate and Graduate Research through grants from National Science Foundation with the University of Akron, and he also held Research and Teaching Assistant positions while obtaining his Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering. He has applied a wide range of prominent technologies including artificial intelligence and heuristics programming, cloud computing, LiDAR scanning, augmented reality, and 3-D visualization.
After his internship with Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems, Brian dedicated his time to designing and developing bespoke software as the Owner and Creative Director of Bytesize Studios LLC. He has developed solutions for Connect Genomics, RTT Molecular DX, Southern Pavement Solutions LLC, and Radio Free Entertainment Network.
Brian has always held an interest in the intersection of art and technology. His ability to command both the creative and technical aspects of design and development enable him to create complete technical solutions that are both highly functional and enjoyable to use. He holds experience in developing software for every major mobile and desktop platform, and he specializes in creating cross-platform solutions which prioritize the user experience. Brian understands that successful software must be built around the needs of the user.
Carol Kovacs graduated from the University of Akron in Graphic Design and she began her career in 1976 with the Jeff Sturm Graphic Design studio in Akron, OH. She went on to launch her own design studio in 1987 and has since worked with many notable clients including Warner Brothers, Goodyear Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, and CF Bank to name a few. As a graphic designer Carol specializes in print and digital work, including branding/logo marks, brochures, product design, and more.
Carol is passionate about all things creative. She has extensive experience with licensing projects, product design, packaging, and promotions for clients in New York, Chicago, Cleveland, and Akron. During her 45-year tenure in the advertising and design industry, Carol worked heavily in branding, store merchandizing, and point-of-purchase featured in Home Depot, Lowes, and Ace Hardware. She has also worked with many recognizable licenses including Pink Panther, Looney Tunes, and DC Comics.

Director of Marketing and Realtor Charles Lewis, work ethic and discipline were instilled in him years before beginning his career in marketing. His passion for sports earned him a scholarship for baseball to the University of Mount Union where he double majored in marketing and business management.
In 2020, Charles made the decision to join the family business and received his real estate license and joined HER Realtors - The Bennett Group. As a Realtor, Charles was able to put his marketing skills to work which helped earn him awards for top office sales and rookie of the year in his first year as a licensed agent. Charles continued to be a top office producer specializing in commercial and investment real estate.

Ellen Katz has over 20 years of business management and operations experience. Currently she is the Managing Member of Park Investment Group, LLC, a family investment company. Additionally, she is the COO of Sunlight Peaks Financial Partners, a national wealth strategy and education company. Ellen is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company including Finance, Marketing, Process Development and Implementation, Administration, and Human Resources.
Ellen started her career in healthcare consulting. After obtaining an MBA, she spent over 15 years working in various aspects on the business side of healthcare. Most recently, Ellen was senior vice president of global operations for a healthcare market research company managing a multi-national team of close to 100 employees, with an operating budget of $50 million and responsibility for all aspects of research and delivery on global market research studies.
Ellen has undergraduate degrees in psychology and public health from the University of Rochester and an MBA from The Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.

Fred Troyer was a past Regional Vice President of HER Realtors and has been a licensed Realtor since 1997, obtaining his Brokers License in 2003. He is a past President of both the Ashland and Wayne Holmes Board of Realtors and has served on both boards in several positions including Professional Standards and as a Mediator. Fred has also served on various committees and task force groups with the Ohio Association of Realtors over the years.
Fred was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2008, and he was inducted into the Wayne Holmes Hallf of Fame in 2017. He currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for Realtors Leadership Academy.
Fred is also active in his community serving on the Board for the Chamber of Commerce.
Along with his in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, Fred brings a strong skill set of leadership and management to the executive team at Real Brain Technology, Inc.

With over 50 years of investment management experience, Pete brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and stability to the company's growth and revenue management. Prior to joining Real Brain Technology Inc., Pete was a partner and senior financial advisor with WMS Partners, a firm that provides wealth management services to high net worth individuals and family offices.
Throughout his career, Pete has believed in developing strong personal relationships with his clients in order to provide them with the best solutions to meet their financial objectives. Earlier in his career, Pete spent 29 years at Legg Mason Inc. where he worked as a senior executive in the asset management division. As the founder of Legg Mason Capital Management, he served as President and CEO where he led the firm's growth to $5.3 billion in assets under management serving both individual and institutional investors. He continued as a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
