Our community is nestled in the serene foothills of the Cascade mountains in North Central Washington state. Cashmere is a vibrant and attractive small town, with front door access to the beautiful Wenatchee River, and unlimited outdoor recreational activities. It is also a short drive to the cities of Wenatchee and Leavenworth. ideal place to raise a family or retire to, for those who value quiet home-town communities. We, at the Evergreen Apartments, are close to parks, downtown shopping, schools, and the local swimming pool... Our family built the first Evergreen apartment in the 1980s and continued into the 90's. We are proud to have been part of the Cashmere community for over 30 years, providing quality housing to residents who enjoy all that the Cashmere, Leavenworth and Wenatchee area have to offer. The Evergreen II, pictured above, was completed in 2019 and is right next door to the original Evergreen I complex. We are located at 105 and 107 Evergreen Drive, Cashmere, WA .....
