Carlos A. Labrador

Dr. Labrador, M.D.F.A.A.F.P., is dedicated to offering the highest standard of care in a pleasant and caring environment, understanding a physician's significant role in one's life. Committed to providing comprehensive health care for all ages-from children to seniors-Dr. Labrador's practice spans a wide range of medical knowledge, including pediatrics, internal medicine, geriatrics, psychiatry, minor surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, sports medicine, and nutrition. As a Board Certified Physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, he is skilled in treating numerous health issues such as diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, abdominal problems, dizziness, arthritis, depression, anxiety, headaches, strokes, obesity, weight loss, cardiac problems, sexual dysfunction, and female health. Dr. Labrador earned his M.D. from Meharry Medical College and graduated with the highest honors from the University of Florida. He is an active member of several esteemed medical organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Florida Academy of Family Physicians, former board of trustees for St. Pete General Hospital, and the Pinellas County Medical Society. Dr. Christina McCoy obtained her D.O. from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is passionate about caring for the community that helped shape her into the person she is today. She possesses the most up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills to provide her patients with the best medical care. It is by wisdom, dedication, and compassion for her patients that she has become such an admired and trusted family physician within the community.

Daniel Cammardella

Daniel Cammardella was born in Caracas, Venezuela but grew up here in Saint Petersburg where he went to Lakewood High School. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Georgia and returned home to Florida to pursue his master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of South Florida. His hobbies include cycling, camping, rock climbing, and swimming. Daniel believes that good medicine begins with listening, and every patient deserves to know and understand their treatment plans. He is proud to be part of the Labrador team and prouder still to serve this community.

Dr. Michelle Gonzalez

Dr. Michelle Gonzalez completed medical school at the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her internal medicine residency at the University of South Florida training at Tampa General Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, and caring for veterans at the Tampa VA. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been practicing in Sun City Center, FL since 2017 where she has specialized in the management of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and geriatric medicine. During this time, she has received certificates of recognition from the National Committee of Quality Assurance for high-quality care for diabetes and heart and stroke patients. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and studied 4 years of French. Currently, she is an active member of the American Medical Association and the Tampa Bay Latin American Medical Society.

Dr. Scott Graham

Dr. Scott Graham was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and grew up in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, just outside of the Detroit area. He attended the University of Michigan and received a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He then graduated from Chicago Medical School in 2001 and ranked first in his class. He relocated to St. Petersburg where he joined Bayfront Medical Center for his internship and residency alongside Dr. Carlos Labrador. He successfully completed his Family Medicine Residency in 2004. During his final year of residency, Dr. Graham was elected to serve as Chief resident by his peers and attending physicians. Dr. Graham then obtained his Board Certification from the American Board of Family Medicine and has maintained his Board Certification ever since. Dr. Graham has a calm, reassuring bedside manner and has always been very passionate about educating patients on what they can do to obtain optimal health. His interests in the broad field of Family Medicine include preventative medicine, allergies, immunology and sleep medicine. Dr. Graham's hobbies include spending time with his wife, his two boys, and friends. He is an avid sailor and once lived aboard his sailboat for 2 years. He also enjoys reading, fishing, camping and hunting.

Julia Fossen

Julia Fossen was raised in Bel Air, Maryland. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University. Following her graduation she worked at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa on their pulmonary progressive care unit. After working four years as a nurse she decided to return to school to further her education with a focus on treating patients in the primary care setting. She obtained her Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is thrilled to better serve her community in the outpatient setting with the Labrador Primary Care Center team.

Kitty Labrador - COO

Kitty received her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, laying a strong foundation for her future endeavors. She then pursued her master's degree at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, furthering her academic and professional development. Kitty's career began in the field of education, where she excelled as a teacher. Her passion for nurturing young minds was evident, but when the opportunity arose to support her husband and high school sweetheart in establishing what is now known as Labrador Primary Care Center, she embraced a new path. Leaving her teaching career behind, Kitty played a pivotal role in the foundation and growth of the healthcare center. Known for her hard work and motivating spirit, Kitty inspires everyone around her to strive for excellence. Her commitment to giving back to the community is unwavering, and she is always eager to lend a helping hand. Outside of her professional life, Kitty has a few passions that bring her joy. She loves dogs, enjoys relaxing days at the beach, and cherishes quality time spent with her family. Kitty's love for life and her compassionate nature make her a beloved member of her community and an integral part of Labrador Primary Care Center. Lizzy Tamashin

Lizzy Tamashin, originally from Ohio, graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor in health sciences and went on to Marietta College to graduate as a certified physician assistant. It was at her time at Marietta College where Lizzy completed her family medicine rotation with Labrador Primary Care Center. She was immediately drawn in by the welcoming, family oriented environment and decided to make the move from Ohio to Florida. She is adept at conducting thorough evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and implementing evidence-based treatment plans. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, she strives to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual. In her free time, you can find Lizzy reading, going to the beach, or spending time with her family!

Lori Hill

Lori Hill, APRN obtained her Master's Degree of Nursing from the University of Florida. Lori is focused on the well-being of her patients and is passionate about caring for each individual's concerns. Lori's hobbies include spending time with her husband, son, and friends. She also enjoys reading and traveling.
