At Crystalline Foods we are working to shift the global economic paradigm from one of extraction to one of regeneration. Using an organization model called the Living System Model we strive to build a company as if it were a living organism. We are a worker cooperative which values and rewards the contribution of each member. As a California Benefit Corporation we have a dual mission, to reward our members and to fulfill our Vision as described below.
