ASPEN LEARNING LAB

Aspen Learning Lab was founded almost two decades ago in Malibu, California, by Kelsey Lichtenstein. Originally created as a mentoring program for youth in Malibu, it quickly evolved into a tutoring company providing after school support and skill-building to students in grades K-12. Shortly thereafter, and in response to a growing need, Kelsey and her team began developing a variety of educational programming customized to each individual student. She found that by personalizing the learning and getting to know each student's individual needs, motivations, learning styles and disposition, students excelled academically and emotionally. Rather than forcing students to adjust to traditional textbooks and curriculum, Aspen took an innovative approach, creating customized, ground-up programs that inspired students to meet and exceed their academic goals. Nearly 20 years later, Aspen Leader Lab is an innovator and leader in customized and student-centered learning for students ages 18..
