CLASSIC SERVICES GROUP - Key Persons
Adam started as a security guard with G4S in 2006, working his way up to Contract and Operations Manager before joining JPMorgan in 2017 as their Alarm Monitoring Centre Manager. He joined Classic in 2020 as Compliance Officer and became General Manager in 2023. Adam's knowledge of security is outstanding. He oversees compliance, provides first line support to the Ops team and since joining, has managed the continual improvement of our services.

- Senior Operations Manager
After 24 successful years in the army, Bob joined Classic Services Group in 2008. With his deep knowledge and understanding of the security industry, Bob quickly became an integral part of Classic, as popular with customers as he is with fellow team members. He is now our Senior Operations Manager. Bob is responsible for strategic planning, customer relationships and the efficient processes which keep the business running smoothly day to day.
Charlotte is the granddaughter of the company's founder. When she joined Classic, her father Paul made sure Charlotte worked in every department to embed industry knowledge from the ground up. She initially combined this with a career in horse racing, until an injury led by natural progression to a full-time role. Charlotte is our MD, and she approaches the role with the same unique hands-on ethos of her father and grandfather.
Jo joined Classic in 2000 as our Finance Director. She is a fully-qualified CIMA accountant, holding one of the most prestigious, globally recognised professional qualifications in the accountancy sector. Jo uses her technical skills, critical thinking and creative analysis to manage our finance and accounts department, overseeing our budget and providing financial forecasting for the company. Since joining Classic, Jo has helped us grow the business to where it is now.

- Business Development Manager
Following a career in hairdressing, Kirsty joined CSG in 2014 as a part-time office administrator. She worked her way up through the company and has now taken on the role of Business Development Manager. Kirsty works closely with our MD Charlotte, developing relationships with customers and partners, generating new business and finding new opportunities. Kirsty's approach follows the founding principles of CSG. It's hands-on, with priority placed on excellent customer service.
Paul is the son of the company's founder Frederick Townsley. He joined Classic straight from school and worked alongside his father to grow the business. Paul's practical hands-on approach, coupled with a passion for exceptional customer service, has generated a company culture which is unique within the security sector. Paul has now taken a step back from the day-to-day running of the business, but continues to serve on the board.
