Marie is passionate about the potential of individuals, communities and bringing people together to achieve positive new directions - it is what gives her the biggest buzz. Living in the communities she helps means she understands their unmet needs and she can use her enthusiasm, vision, and leadership to inspire others, organise processes and make things happen.
Marie draws on her background in community and corporate project management, financial services and leadership within Pasifika community to enable others. Marie has a particular interest in creating employment pathways for women, building community pride and connections for local whanau, fanau and families and improving financial literacy.
As well as her role at The Mortgage Hub Pasifika she also sits on the Board of Auckland Girls' Grammar School.
Rajnesh has been in the banking and finance industry for over 13 years. With his experience he has helped clients from all walks of life to achieve their goals with the assistance of financial advisors. He has vast experience in loan writing, relationship management abilities and impeccable communication skills with lenders.
Rajnesh is driven to help people reach their home ownership goals. With his scope in product knowledge, helping young Kiwis come one step closer to achieving their dream is what keeps him passionate about his role at The Mortgage Hub. Rajnesh believes that everybody deserves good financial health!
As well as his role at The Mortgage Hub, he is also working towards his Master's degree.

Royce is a qualified Insurance Advisor of 11 years with a total of 20 years experience in the banking industry. He has helped numerous families across NZ achieve their best protection solutions with many referring their friends and family due to his friendly approach & trusted advice.
Before The Mortgage Hub, Royce worked his final 3 years at a major bank facilitating branch managers and staff on ethical conversations with customers on their protection needs and wellbeing. Now, he is passionate about giving advice but this time on a community level, where he can use his knowledge to simplify the complex task of document wordings and pricing so more customers have an affordable plan they can understand and depend on at any of Life's unexpected moments of truth.

I am the advisor; the customer support and I represent with them at claim time in the age of technology and call centres. Having a long-term Relationship with a professional is key".
Royce has 2 daughters with his eldest following his footsteps in banking, and his youngest an avid oval ball runner in high school. His hobbies include sports photography and BBQ's while cherishing time with family, friends and community.

Vinnie has 15 years experience in the banking industry and has also been a qualified Financial Advisor for four years. Most of his time has been spent helping his customers, their friends and families achieve the Kiwi Dream of purchasing their first home, bach or investment property.
