Tim is uniquely qualified with cradle-to-grave, hands-on experience with metal fabrication "soft" tooling, progressive dies, stage tools, tri-axis and crossbar transfer presses, and robotic automation in servo, hydraulic, and mechanical presses running from 1 - 1,000 Strokes Per Minute and annual volumes from 50 to 50,000,000 for Class A and Class B cosmetic surface finish quality standards.
