TCS ARCHITECTS - Key Persons
Theo has over 25 years of experience in the field of Architecture and Interiors. He commenced his architectural career in Sri Lanka where he managed several commercial and residential projects and a flight kitchen. Theo migrated to Australia and joined the UTS property division in 1994, where he managed a number of fit-out works.
After his stint at UTS he worked in a few renowned practices, where he expanded his know-how in Interiors and specialised in retirement villages, residential and commercial projects such as Woolooware shores for ARV (NRP), Quantum centre (Lester Firth Associates), Waitara apartments (HBO+EMTB) and corporate fitiouts for Deloitte and Telstra special division (HBO+EMTB).
Theo has been responsible from feasibility, design, documentation, co-ordination to the completion of projects. Theo is very conversant in architectural CAD programs and thus contributes a great deal towards providing efficient architectural services.
