Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) are prepared for employers who intend to use consumer products in a workplace environment to meet the requirements of the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). An SDS provides information on a product's physical/chemical, human and environmental hazards. In addition, an SDS describes how a product should be stored, disposed of and transported... The information contained on the SDS is not applicable to household, consumer products.
