Instead, we focus on building healthy soil through cover cropping, mulching, and minimal tillage. We labor in full view of the customers we serve and are proud to provide Long Islanders with a high standard of quality food... Restoration Farm was founded in 2007 by husband and wife team Daniel Holmes and Caroline Fanning. The seven-acre farm is leased from Nassau County at the Old Bethpage Village Restoration, a living history museum that recreates 19th century life on Long Island... Restoration Farm is a small, privately managed, diversified farm located on the grounds of the Old Bethpage Village Restoration in Nassau County, NY
