Chris helms premier indie label Last Gang, and after the acquisition of the label by Entertainment One, he took on the SVP role, overseeing the alternative music roster for the company, extending his purview globally. Born and raised in Toronto, Chris' career path at both Universal and Warner took him through various stints in marketing, publicity, and 360 rights deals before joining Last Gang in 2015 as GM.

Ebrahim "Abe"Rasheed

A rising star since joining the company in 2017, Abe Rasheed now leads the urban division. With a focus on expanding the roster with new, groundbreaking talent in hip hop, R&B, Latin, and International genres, he spearheads all efforts in A&R and artist development for the division.

Paul Roper

Job Titles:

Paul oversees A&R, label operations, distribution, and general marketing strategy for all Dualtone's content, while leading ecommerce strategy and operations for the vinyl record subscription service, Magnolia Record Club, an acquisition he spearheaded in 2018. Paul joined Dualtone Music Group in 2002, previously serving as Director of Artist Development and GM prior to being promoted in 2012 to President and partner. Paul has played an integral role in the signing and release of over two hundred catalog, digital and frontline releases including critically acclaimed albums by The Lumineers, Gregory Alan Isakov, Mt. Joy, Shakey Graves, Shovels & Rope, Brett Dennen, Langhorne Slim, Guy Clark and June Carter Cash among others. Roper works closely with the Chuck Berry estate on Dualtone's publishing administration and synch licensing of the legendary Berry catalog. In 2016, he executive produced Chuck Berry's final recordings, released by Dualtone on the 2017 album, CHUCK. He is a member of Leadership Music, class of 2013.

Scott Givens

Scott joined the company in 2006 to build a rock/metal division, which has grown into a premier rock and metal hub label with a wide-ranging roster of artists including Black Label Society/Zakk Wylde, Pop Evil, Ace Frehley, and GRAMMY Award winners High on Fire. Previously, Scott was GM at Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's label Divine Records. He also served as VP of Artist Development at Roadrunner Records and began his career at Combat Records. He has worked with artists such as Black Sabbath, Velvet Revolver, Sepultura, Joe Satriani, and Type O Negative.

Sean Stevenson - COO

Sean leads operations for the company's the Recorded Music, Management and Publishing Divisions. Since joining MNRK in 2018, he has launched a multimillion dollar direct-to-consumer storefront, championed the rebuild of the company's entire digital supply chain, and started building the company's first data driven research and insights system. He is focused on building THE agile, full stack, music company, moving away from legacy systems to create the best-in-class tech stack with the transparency expected in today's music business, putting artists first. Sean's career path focused on digital marketing and content creation. He was most recently the Digital & Social Practice lead at Fleishman Hillard, an Omnicom Company, where he developed social strategies for Samsung, Facebook, Spotify and NIKE. He started boutique music and brand marketing agency 0260 Group and successfully exited in 2012. He began his career in New Media Operations at Island Def Jam Records in 1998 and worked alongside a renowned team as well as an all-star list of platinum selling artists - Jay-Z, Kanye West, The Killers, and Sum 41, to name a few.

Ted May

Ted oversees all aspects of the company's UK and International recorded music operations and corporate strategy. With his finger on the pulse of the broader music business and culture, Ted works closely with the global management team to find unique opportunities for international growth and synergies for MNRK's artists. Backed by 20+ years of music industry experience, he joined MNRK/eOne in 2016 from Universal Music UK, where he worked on international marketing campaigns for a diverse roster of artists including The Lumineers, The Chemical Brothers, Jessie Ware, and The Vamps. Prior to Universal, Ted was artist manager for Brit Award-winning act The Streets and ran cult indie label The Beats.
