Levelland Housing Authority's Mission is for serving the needs of low income, very low income and extremely low income families in the Levelland Texas area... The Vision of the Levelland Housing Authority has for it's residents living in our communities and throughout is to fulfill and provide affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing opportunities to low and moderate income families, including elderly and handicapped persons. To provide a drug free environment, free from discrimination and to have economic opportunity. By partnering with others, we offer rental assistance and other related services to our community.
