Chris J. Tellez brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience in the field of Real Estate and Investments. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and is a Kappa Sigma Alumnus. He has worked as a Mortgage Loan officer for a Fortune 500 company and was among the top producing loan officers in the western United States. Chris also has had experience working with commercial real estate, leases & rent accounting for Gap Inc. corporation.
Chris also has knowledge in creative financing to get the deal done and leveraging your assets to build wealth and asset protection strategies. Chris has lived in Albuquerque for the past 29 years and knows the metro area very well. He has been selling Real Estate full-time for 16 years, helping families and individuals help buy their first home or sell their home. Chris is an aggressive agent and will work harder and smarter than any agent in town. Chris had the 2nd Highest sale in the Abq Metro area in Aug 2020 with a home sale of $1,645,000! and was ranked in the top 5 agents in his office.
