Eastham Capital acquires multifamily communities throughout the U.S by allocating capital to a proprietary network of vetted Operating Partners who have proven track records of acquiring, renovating, managing and selling multifamily assets within their local markets. Eastham Capital invests in apartment communities within the continental U.S. that contain greater than 100 units...
