Cutting Creative was established in 2018 as a decal shop that Devin did as a side business in college to express her creative side. In 2019 the idea of adding apparel to her business began. In March of 2020 when COVID started, Devin had extra time to work on her small business. With the help of her husband she decided to branch out into apparel. This addition to her company quickly took off and turned into an apparel business.
