Due to the slow expansion plan of the comdivision group, comdivision alps GmbH was founded in 2014, to better serve customers based in the Austrian area. This subsidiary mainly provides consultancy services for Austrian based VMware partners for all areas of expertise within the VMware product stack... The comdivision holding ltd. is located in Birmingham, Great Britain. Management and Operations are located in the german subsidary in Muenster, Germany... comdivision group was founded in April 1996 by Philip Kriener and Yves Sandfort, initially established by kriener - potthoff communications GmbH. As early adopters the company developed our own content management system "ISy.Net", which aimed to help people maintain their own content on the web. With additional founding by the "DFG (German Research Foundation)" the first achievement was to bring over 400 public service organizations onto the web.
