The Government is taking important steps to make our infrastructure pipeline more sustainable and to ensure we don't further strain a sector already facing labour constraints, inflationary pressures and cost increases due to supply chain challenges... The Government is working closely with state and territory governments to achieve these objectives and deliver a sustainable, credible infrastructure pipeline. To help meet this objective, the Government commissioned an Independent Strategic Review of the Infrastructure Investment Program .
