Bardo's is the newest venture from the Lombardo Family, originally known for their events and catering venues originally in East Boston and currently in Randolph. Lombardo's is a fourth generation family business and is currently owned and operated by the family. The family business began as a meat market in East Boston in 1927 and grew into a chain of supermarkets called Liberty Markets in 1951.
