Mr. Pinto, for more than a decade, along with his history of exceptional experience in the Accounting and Audit related industry, is highly skilled in the field of Customer Relationship Management, IT operations, Market Research, and Business Analysis. He did his Post Graduation in Business Administration with a specialization in I.T.
He is professionally involved in strategic business goals, segmenting the clients' database based on their expectations or needs and recruit staff, if necessary, guide them to secure the clients' trust and confidentiality.
Ms. Mylyn has graduated with Bachelors in Banking & Finance from the Polytechnic University of the Phillippines, like a steppingstone for her career in Business Development. She has an open mindset, a willingness for an honest and realistic self-assessment, and the ability to solve issues independently.
Mr. Praveen has over 12 years of experience and has worked with Multinational Companies in the roles of taxation, Corporate Finance, & Techno-Finance function. Praveen has engaged in UAE VAT implementations, Economic Substance assessments for major businesses clients at AY. His expertise is in understanding Client's business processes and providing structured tax advice and in ensuring high level tax compliances.
He holds a Master's degree in commerce and completed certificate course on International taxation.

Mr. Sethu is having 12 years widespread experience in internal audit, advisory and consulting services as well as other professional services like financial analysis, cost reduction analysis, accounting system design and implementation, cash management and forecasting. With his profound knowledge in VAT, IFRS and other accounting requirements, the clients could trust that all compliances were duly met with and that the risks were appropriately addressed.
Mr. Balram has more than 28 years of hands-on experience in the field of auditing, taxation, financial control, regulatory reporting, strategic planning as well as business performance reporting. He is an exceptional leader and can drive his company's vision to a possible reality which served as our backbone in AY.
He is a Certified Public Accountant from Massachusetts, USA, and a Chartered Accountant from India.
Mr. Al Hammadi has over 18 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Controlling. He holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting from United Arab Emirates University and completed Certification in IFRS from Ernst & Young. He is instrumental in branching out our services to new territories and the continuous growth of our clients' businesses.
His leadership skills have provided inspiration and personalized support which are effective in adapting to unexpected industry changes and UAE'S abrupt policies or reforms related to accounting or auditing.
