Zac worked & trained at the highest level, both Front & Back of House.
During the course of his career he's worked in a variety of positions, including Maître d'Hotel, Chef Tournant, Sommelier, Event Manager & Head Chef. Although an alumnus of many great establishments, there are two very different restaurants in particular that shape his culinary outlook; Michelin Starred Northcote & London icon, The Ivy.
