Abbe Lynn Rosenthal

Job Titles:

Abbe brings more than 15 years of experience in learning design, development, and delivery of leadership and team development programs and executive coaching solutions across industries, levels, functions and geographies. Abbe works closely with leaders to assess needs, create an L&D roadmap, and deliver high impact experiences. She provides team and group facilitation and 1:1 coaching with executives, mid-level managers, new supervisors, and high potentials seeking more purpose and fulfillment in their work life. Abbe holds a MA degree in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Workplace Diversity from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a BA degree in Business. She is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Stanford University-Certified Designing Your Life (DYL) Coach and Facilitator, certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) Heidrick & Struggles, and is trained in DiSC, TKI, The Leadership Circle Profile, and other assessment tools. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. Abbe uses innovative tools and techniques along with her growth mindset and sense of humor to engage, motivate, and develop individuals and teams. Abbe's passion as a coach and instructor is to provide a safe space for insightful learning and professional growth.

Amy Daws

Job Titles:
  • Founder and Principal of You Say Tomato LLC
Amy is Founder and Principal of You Say Tomato LLC and a strategic partner for YPS Learning. A bilingual Professional Certified Coach, Amy has held senior executive roles in HR and Communications, while being widely known for her down-to-earth style and ability to connect with people. Amy's expertise in leadership development and cross-cultural communication led her into global mobility coaching for top executives from corporations such as Colgate-Palmolive, Diageo, and Sumitomo. She continues to work with leaders and teams to build high performing organizations and healthy team dynamics. Amy has an MA in global leadership and a BA in communications (minor: international business). She teaches aspiring coaches through a university post-graduate certification program in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP). Amy is a DISC, 12 Driving Forces, and EQ certified associate of TTI Success Insights and has a long history with nonprofits, including her former role chairing the non-exec board of the Valley Against Sex Trafficking (VAST). She is passionate about bridging communication gaps and helping diverse people collaborate.

Randi Fonseca

Randi has been in the talent acquisition and career development fields for over 15 years as a coach, recruiter, and facilitator. She has provided coaching to mid-level managers and entry-level professionals within corporate and small business environments. Randi has coached individuals and teams within retail, financial services, healthcare, food, personal care, manufacturing, food, and technology industries. Having led a team for Hallmark, Randi has an excellent grasp of the balance between operational and human performance improvement. She has conducted in person and virtual workshops focused on new hire orientation, new products or processes, time management, team effectiveness, leadership skills, career exploration, and other topics. Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida International University. She has a working knowledge of writing and speaking Spanish. Randi's passion is helping people reflect, upskill, and improve effectiveness. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
