Wheels on Fire Pizza Truck is a custom-designed rig with a wood-fired oven that serves Denver, Boulder and surrounding areas with great food made from healthy, local, organic ingredients at fair prices. We offer traditional pizzas, vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as other specialties . Our custom-built wood-fired oven is hot enough to bake a 10-inch pizza in 90 seconds - each one is baked to order!... We have a 27-foot long truck staffed by a three-person team that's available to cater your event in Denver! We can also accommodate smaller gatherings, stage and serve dinner parties and conduct cooking classes.
