Previously, she was the first employee to open Mall of America's Knott's Camp Snoopy and she directed sales and marketing for Valleyfair and Lifetouch Portrait Studios (JCPenney and Target studios). Claire Edmondson

Claire Edmondson is the Vice President of Client Solutions for CPI Twin Cities, responsible for consulting with corporate clients on their workforce strategy and coaching on career and leadership solutions. She was most recently Principal Consultant for Key Leader Resources (KLR), where she led a team of consultants delivering career and leadership development programs. Claire served as the primary relationship manager for all client relationships, project managed program deliveries, and expanded the company's consulting and coaching offerings. Prior to KLR, Claire was the Director of Strategic Accounts for Linkage, a global leadership consulting firm, where she focused on advancing women leaders and developing high potentials. Before that, she was Vice President, Business Development Consultant for Right Management. During her tenure as Director of Business Development for the Seabury Group, a global investment management and human capital consulting firm (sold to Accenture), she was part of (3) new company branding efforts, and responsible for leading new business efforts for the Practice Areas of Leadership, Selection, Executive Compensation, and Workforce Analytics. For nearly 15 years, Claire has consulted in HR, Career Management, and Leadership Development, and worked with clients around the globe to deliver hundreds of assessments, coaching, and leadership training programs. She has built her reputation on delivering business insights combined with outstanding service. Debby Magnuson

Debby Magnuson is Principal Talent Management Consultant with CPI Twin Cities where she is an executive and outplacement coach, leadership development facilitator, and talent management consultant. One of Debby's research and presentation specialties is managing across generations. Her book, Work With Me: A New Lens on Leading the Multigenerational Workforce, was published in 2008. Debby has been a regular keynote speaker and group facilitator to audiences large and small for many years. Before joining CPI, she was Sr. Consultant in Leadership Development for Personnel Decisions International (PDI), where she worked with corporate leadership teams on a wide variety of development topics. Debby holds a MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. Mike Meyer

Mike Meyer's unique background includes extensive executive experience in the C-Suite of a Fortune 250 company and as a general manager of a rapidly growing medical business in Latin America & Canada. He also serves as a Director on both for-profit and nonprofit boards. Mike is a certified and highly experienced Executive Coach. In his coaching engagements, he leverages his experience as both a line executive and HR leader who worked with the board to develop and select executives for key leadership roles. He knows what it takes to be successful. Mike uses a warm, direct approach to help senior leaders see what they otherwise may not - their towering strengths as well as the areas that may be holding them back. But this is just the first part of the coaching process. As that famous executive coach, Bruce Lee, said, "Knowing is not enough…We must apply." Patricia Berg is the former CEO and owner of Career Partners International, Twin Cities and equity partner in Career Partners International. She purchased the business from Personnel Decisions International in 2006 where she was the General Manager of the Career Management Services practice. Having been a leader in other career firms, Patricia developed a business model for CPI Twin Cities that offers highly customized Executive Services, including Executive Coaching and OnBoarding, Executive Succession and Alignment, and Executive Transition Services. Patricia found herself in a leadership role early in her career with Peavey Company. Having the distinction of being the first woman manager in the company, she became a role model and mentor to other women. That opportunity fueled her interest in leadership and career management. In addition to Personnel Decisions International, Patricia was the Vice President of Career Transition at Career Dynamics and the Vice President of Career Transition and Field Consulting at Right Management Consultants. Patricia's zest for meaningful work was spawned by her Mother who retired at 92. Patricia has two grown daughters who are leaders in their professions and communities, two grandsons who keep her busy, a lake home where people gather, and to the surprise of some, enjoys trips on the Harley. She is the past Board Chair of SHiFT, a non-profit which provides resources for those in mid-life transitions and she is passionate about providing the best-in-class services to CPI's clients.
