Ben Peabody, Deputy Chief of Operations, earned his bachelor's degree in 1997 from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 1999, he began working for the State of Oklahoma as a Probation and Parole officer. He conducted pre-sentence investigations for the courts, conducted field arrests, participated in manhunts, and worked security detail during parole hearings.
Ben began working with TriCorps in 2003 as a security officer and is the longest-tenured employee. In 2005, he was promoted to supervisor and excelled in executive protection assignments. In 2015, Ben was promoted to state director to manage Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. After retiring from the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Ben Peabody was promoted to Deputy Chief of Operations in 2021. Along with managing multiple sites in Oklahoma, as Deputy Chief of Operations, Ben helps companywide with recruiting, staffing, client relations, executive protection details, and logistical support for state directors and managers

Chad Bradley, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads TriCorps' long-term technology vision, and is responsible for the operations of TriCorps Surveillance, TriCorps' Command Monitoring Center and TriCorps' Information Technology (IT) division. Chad joined TriCorps in 2007 and previously served as the Director of Operations for TriCorps Surveillance.
Prior to joining TriCorps full-time, Chad spent nearly 22 years with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, bringing a unique blend of law enforcement and technology to the table. Chad began his law enforcement career in 1996 as a Communications Officer for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, promoting to Sergeant in 1998. In 1999, Chad graduated the 51st Oklahoma Highway Patrol academy with field assignments in Texas and Oklahoma counties.
In 2005, Chad was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and served as a field supervisor in the Investigations Division, Training Division, and Command Post Operations Division. Chad spent 12 years in the Executive Security Division, supervising close personal protection for both Governor Brad Henry and Governor Mary Fallin. Additionally, Chad oversaw the electronic security operations for the Oklahoma Governor's Mansion and Governor's Office at the Oklahoma State Capitol. Chad held an Advanced Peace Officer Certification and was the recipient of numerous awards, including the Committee of 100 Tony Calvert Award for Heroism.
Chad is a native Oklahoman and holds an associate degree in Political Science. Chad is a die-hard OU Sooner's fan and avid bowler. Chad has been married to his wife Brandi since 2014 and has a stepson, Tanner.
Garrett serves as the Chief Financial Officer for TriCorps, leading the finance department with the goal of constant evaluation and growth. Garrett oversees all financial functions including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, providing leadership and strategic insight to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
After graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, Garrett began his career in accounting with a CPA firm where he gained valuable experience over the course of three years. Garrett joined TriCorps in July of 2019.
Garrett played basketball for the University of Central Oklahoma from 2013-2016, where he was selected for the All-Conference Academic Team each season. He enjoys officiating basketball, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Kaci.

Jack serves as TriCorps' Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the mission and core values of the company. He directs the staff in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining sound security processes and efficient responses to incidents. Through subordinate managers, Jack coordinates and implements site security, operations and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, physical and information assets for our clients, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.
He started his career in law enforcement as a Trooper with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in 1982. While with the Patrol, he advanced through the ranks holding positions of Supervisor, Troop Commander, Zone Commander, Turnpike Liaison, and Deputy Chief where he managed around 800 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel including Troopers in the eastern half of the state, Law Enforcement Technology, Special Operations, and Fleet. As Deputy Chief, Jack was responsible for high-level command decisions and the direction and leadership of the department.
Jack retired from the patrol with 25 years of service and worked for a year as Administrator for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety before going to a large energy company, where his role evolved from investigations and executive protection to ethic's compliance/training. He managed the company's vendor background screening process, Office of Foreign Asset Controls, business continuity, drug and alcohol programs, and the fleet department. Jack worked with Compliance Counsel to review and draft policies and a completely rewrote of the company's business code of conduct and supplier code of conduct.

Sarah serves as Chief Marketing Officer for TriCorps. As head of the marketing team, Sarah is responsible for the communication and branding strategy efforts of the company. In addition to strategic communication development efforts, branding, and website development, she manages and oversees sponsorships, events, charitable contributions to TriCorps' ministry partners, customer service training, and more.
Sarah joined TriCorps in 2008. She has assisted in and managed many administrative tasks for the company to include employee onboarding, accounts payable, and payroll.
Sarah earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in strategic communications. She has also received certification from The Disney Institute in their Approach to Quality Service training.
