An Indiana native, Brett earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Brett has evaluated thousands of personal injury cases and has helped his clients receive the justice they deserve.
Prior to the inception of Sachs Law, Brett worked for a large personal injury firm out of Newport Beach before switching to an insurance defense firm where he gained priceless experience defending some of the biggest medical providers in the State of California. Faby Rivera was born and raised in Orange County, California. She received her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State Fullerton, graduating Cum Laude. During her time at Cal State Fullerton, Faby was a part of the National Criminal Justice Honor's Society and made the Dean's List for multiple semesters.
Following university, Faby went on to attend Western State Law School to further pursue her passion for the legal profession. As a graduate student, Faby eagerly engaged in multiple law associations, including the Student Bar Association, Business Law Association, and Artificial Intelligence Association in order to gain invaluable experience and insight into the legal field. Faby made the Dean's List for multiple semesters and was awarded with honors distinction upon graduation.
Faby has been practicing as an attorney for nearly 2 years. Prior to joining MVP, she worked as an Associate in creditors law, representing large banks at a law firm in Santa Ana, and as a Litigation Associate at a personal injury law firm in Orange.
During her free time, Faby enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
Gabe Katz was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and immigrated to Orange County, California where he was raised. Gabe attended the University of Arizona where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice Studies and Public Management and Policy. While there, he was also a member of the Criminal Justice Association and University of Arizona Club Baseball Team.
After graduating from the University of Arizona, Gabe continued to pursue his passion to assist others and attended Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law where he earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Practice, Foundations, and Transactions.
While continuing to pursue his Juris Doctorate, Gabe clerked for the Orange County District Attorney's Office, in the misdemeanor and felony panel units. Following this experience, Gabe began working for a personal injury firm in O.C., where he gained valuable experience in the field. Gabe graduated with his Juris Doctorate in May of 2021 and became a sworn member of the California Bar in December of 2021.
When Gabe is not working, he spends most of his time relaxing with his wife and dog, playing golf, and hanging out with friends.
