Alesha was born in raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has lived in Ohio, Minnesota, Tennessee, and recently just relocated from Texas. She has loved working in customer service since the age of 18 years old. She also loves spending time with family, being out on nature walks, skywatching, and spending time at the lakefront. She is passionate about encouraging, motivating, and inspiring anyone who comes across her path.

She has over 20 years of experience in customer service across various industries from telecommunications, retail, security and hospitality. Athena joined Text2Drive in 2019 and I'm very honored to be working with a team that provides the most powerful and effective Service Lane Technology solution in the industry. Her role as Manager of Customer Success is to create partnerships at all levels across multiple departments, work toward each department's goals and to collaborate with our dealerships to ensure they fully adopt and utilize our suite of products. It makes things easier for everyone when we are all working together and contributing to making sure the customer is happy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, the great outdoors, hiking, skiing & yoga.
Simply, the best. The product works, they partner with us on development, and they ask us for input. Our people are running at the highest levels and TEXT2DRIVE data helps us be efficient. Metrics and reporting are more important than ever. We needed reports tying technicians to repair orders and they are creating it for us. We have started different programs and need data so (TEXT2DRIVE) creates reports for us. We have a team dedicated now to reviewing metrics and reporting.

TEXT2DRIVE streamlines conversations internally among our 500 employees. Senior management likes to keep up with customer response. We can see if there's no response within 15 minutes and do something about it. The service dashboard is great. TEXT2DRIVE notifies BDC when part customer parts are in. We have high employee turnover so using TEXT2DRIVE keeps personal phones out of use and employees can't leave with customer info.

TEXT2DRIVE sends us a daily data file that helps us with another project at the auto group. TEXT2DRIVE has continued to add features but remains very easy for our employees (and customers) to use at the store.
Brian has been in the automotive industry since 2005 and has been with TEXT2DRIVE for the last 2 years. Over the past year, he has worked his way up to Team Lead of the Customer Success department. Living in the land of cheese & brats, you'll find him cheering for the Brewers & Packers! He also enjoys cooking and going on camping trips. Starting in March, he'll need to start preparing for an extra couple of spots at the dining room table as he and his wife will be having twin girls!

"Techs are not communicating on their personal phones so if they leave, they cannot take customer data with them. Billing disputes are more easily resolved since customers can check their phones for proof of charge. Service reminders and video have really streamlined our service efficiency, as has Oline Bill Payment. Other providers don't have service reminders.

Bryan was born in Voorhees, New Jersey but has spent most of his life living in the state of Ohio. He is a huge sports fan and follows all teams in Cleveland, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and both the Columbus Blue Jackets and Columbus Crew. Bryan has been in the Automotive Industry since 2010 specializing in fixed operations. In his free time, Bryan enjoys hitting the links to enjoy a nice day out on the golf course, collecting sports trading cards, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two kids.

Camilo joined the Text2Drive team in late 2020. Since then he has learned a lot about the auto industry and the role we play in the success of our customers. As a Software Engineer, we strive to solve our customer's problems and provide them with the tools they need to grow their business. He is glad to be working with a team of people eager to tackle tough challenges as we continue to add new features for the benefit of our customers.
As a Frontend Web Developer, Charles works on the visual design of the Text2Drive application. He looks forward to upgrading old application features with the latest technologies, building new application features and continuing the success Text2Drive has had. Some of his hobbies include traveling, viewing old historic buildings, and going on walking trails.

My reps are professional, responsive, informative and can work through issues. I appreciate that they know when something is broken, that I need it done quickly. Response time is generally within a few minutes. With other vendors, it could be days. A lack of response from a vendor gets them removed from our preferred vendor list.
Christian is an enthusiastic Android Developer with a zeal and affinity for technology, design, learning, health, and fitness. Becoming 1% better every day and overcoming challenges is how he approaches life, including developing Android apps! His activities outside of coding include traveling, music, gaming, a variety of sports, and spending time with friends and family.
CJ made his way to TEXT2DRIVE after a fulfilling experience at Illinois State University where he received his bachelor's degree in Information Systems. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching football, playing video games, and going to the gym. CJ is also an avid movie watcher and animal lover.
Corey was born, raised and now resides in Orlando. He has previously lived in Tampa, NYC, Atlanta and Houston, but couldn't stay away from the sunshine state for too long. Corey graduated from The University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) where he also cheered on the USF Coed Cheerleading team. Prior to Text2Drive he worked in the world of Print & Digital Advertising Sales. Corey enjoys spending his free time at the beach, writing, traveling, playing volleyball and watching sci-fi movies with his Dalmatian, Dipsy.

He loves to make problems into opportunities and improvements and is always excited to extend this passion to our peers and clients. In his free time, he enjoys the long term hobbies of cooking, as well as tabletop and video games.
Born and raised in Milwaukee WI, Francisco has over a decade of Customer Service experience as well experience in other areas such as Management and Sales. During his free time he spends his time playing sports, going to the gym, reading articles and playing video games.
Greg was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. He graduated with his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014. With over 10 years in sales and account management, it has led him to our customer success role for the New England and New York region. Greg has been with the team since July 2021. In his free time, he loves to workout, spend time outdoors, and travel.
