He has worked on a number of key initiatives, some of which have contributed in building a constructive, and mutually beneficial relationship with leading Global and US Regional Banks. He has also been successful in building the partner ecosystem and jointly delivered multiple strategic and technology projects for many accounts in the BFS, Healthcare, Insurance and Retail sectors.

Vinay Cheruku is the CTO of Softcom Digital Inc. Vinay is a senior technology executive with 20+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications and managing development teams including Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals.
Vinay most recently served as the Director of Content Management Systems at ITHAKA. During his 13+ year tenure at ITHAKA, he was the architect of the world's leading long-term digital preservation service(www.portico.org). In this role, he was one of thought leaders and executors in building the development teams as a truly agile team that can deliver products to market quickly. In addition to his management responsibilities, Vinay was the Chief Architect of the applications and Infrastructure for Portico. His expertise in software, development practices, Data center and cloud technologies helped ITHAKA be on the cutting edge of technology and at the same time be very cost effective.
Prior to joining ITHAKA, he led on various technology projects for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and NYC Dept. of health. Before that he has worked a developer on projects with Goldman Sachs and SAP.
Vinay began his technology career with Saven Technologies in India.He has a Bachelor if Engineering in Mechanical engineering from Mysore university in Karnataka, India.
