Jessica Dulaney is a writer and content creator with experience in social media marketing, copywriting, and copy-editing. She earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Mississippi State University. There, she served as co-director of the Student Association's public relations committee and provided social media coverage for Mississippi's largest free outdoor concert.
Kelechi is currently studying fine arts at Cornell University. She specializes in video production, photography, and graphic design. Her love for design and business development is manifested through her work and dedication to clients. Independent from projects, Kelechi spends a fair amount of time researching contemporary art and modern advertising practices. She also enjoys reading, going to the gym, and watching YouTube videos.
At Cornell, she started a creative media club that focuses on event coverage for those who especially identify with underrepresented minority communities. She has been recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30 Scholar and has worked to build brands for several small businesses via her own freelance work. Additionally, Kelechi has visited over 10 countries and has worked with clients and companies in Africa and Asia.

Lily Herman is a writer, editor, and digital strategist specializing in editorial strategy, content creation, and audience engagement. Her editorial strategy for women's health company HelloFlo earned the brand a Webby Award for Best Health Site in 2017. She was also honored by Glamour for her work building The Prospect, a website dedicated to helping underserved students get into and thrive in college; at its peak, the site was one of the world's largest college access organizations.
Rainesford Stauffer is a writer whose personal essays and reported pieces have appeared in The New York Times, The Cut, Teen Vogue, and Mic, among others. She's especially invested in education, youth activism, and the growing overlap between the social, political, and cultural elements of being a young adult.
Shirley He is a full-stack web developer and software engineer with a love for creating nicely crafted solutions to problems. She graduated with a B.A. in Computer Science from Wesleyan University, and has worked at a variety of companies, ranging from small startups to larger corporations. She is most interested in the intersection of fashion and tech and is passionate about tech diversity, and she can be found attending meetups and hackathons around the world.
When she's not coding, Shirley likes shopping, trying new vegan restaurants, being active, and looking for cats to pet.
