RK Capital Management, LLC is an SEC-registered asset management firm focused on small-cap U.S. equities with both a long/short and a long-only strategy. The Firm was co-founded in 2004 by Rob Ammann and Kevin Sonnett who have worked side-by-side for 25 years. RK Capital believes that the small-cap segment of the market is substantially underserved resulting in significant pricing inefficiencies and therefore providing compelling opportunities for investment. Leveraging RK‘s existing research and investment process, the Tessera Focus Fund is run pari passu to the long book of the long/short strategy.
