PROJECT RESOURCE GROUP - Key Persons
A construction executive for many years, John is currently President of Project Resource Group, LLC, a full service construction management firm promoting sustainable building practices, which he founded with his wife Judith in 2008. Since serving as a volunteer facilitator at the sustainability project national conference in Santa Barbara, California in 1994, Mr. Pietroniro has continuously studied and worked toward promoting sustainable awareness and practices in the construction industry.
John is a certified NCCER instructor and served as an instructor for ABC-NH/VT where he has presented several courses in their Construction Supervisory Training program. He holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license and CDT certification from the Construction Specifications Institute. He has also served on local community Green Building committees and subcommittees in Nashua, Manchester, and Peterborough, New Hampshire. He is an incorporator, Board member and former Chair of the New Hampshire Chapter of the US Green Building Council and serve as Vice Chair for the Upper Northeast Regional Council. He achieved his LEED Accredited Professional Status in March of 2008.
A human resources expert, Judith has been involved in construction for over 30 years. Her extensive experience in office management and public relations has catapulted her to the top of the field. As the Vice President of Stonewood Builders, Inc, from 1986-1992, Judith directly oversaw all payroll and accounting duties, bookkeeping, bank and bonding relations, and general office management.
Judith is currently the Managing Member of Project Resource Group, LLC, based in Francestown, NH. In her free time, Judith also maintains Moon Shadow Gardens, a large scale organic vegetable, flower, and herb garden.
