Anna Lea has both a Solo Performance Degree and a Pedagogy Degree from the Vienna Conservatory of Music. She has been working as a free-lance violinist for over 20 years, playing with various orchestras and chamber groups domestically and abroad. In addition, as a sought after violin pedagogue, she teaches students of all ages- using the violin as a tool for personal development as well as musical expression. Anna Lea is the founder and Artistic Director of the "Violin Garden Summer Academy, Vienna" and speaks German, English, Swedish, and Icelandic fluently.

J.C. is an international training and development specialist with an M.A. and an Ed.M in counseling psychology from Columbia University, where he specialized in Cross Cultural and Multi-Cultural psychology. He has led hundreds of seminars in over 25 countries, training thousands of business professionals to be better managers and leaders. J.C. has extensive experience in assessment and competency based interviewing. He has run assessment centers and conducted hundreds of last-round, behavioral-based interviews for organizations. He has also worked with Talent Acquisition teams, Recruitment and hundreds of line managers to fine-tune organizational interviewing processes as well as trained hiring managers on the nuances of objective assessment and interviewing. Other areas of focus include performance management, coaching and feedback, group dynamics and team development, diversity and cross-cultural competence and presentation skills. J.C. is an amateur photographer, an avid cook, and lives in New York City.

As a trainer, he places particular emphasis on strong communication skills and developing the abilities and mindset that help managers develop into leaders.

Michael is an entrepreneur, violinist, trainer, and speaker. He has a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of California at Irvine, a High Diploma in Violin Performance "with honors" from the Vienna Conservatory of Music, and over 20 years of experience as a professional musician. In 2007, following 3 years as a violinist with the Vienna Radio Symphony, Michael re-invented himself and founded Executive Relocations Austria. E.R.A. currently provides corporate relocation services for a number of high-profile companies throughout Austria. In 2012 Michael was certified in the use of the full suite of Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI) and established "Podium - Innovative Talent Development" to provide comprehensive whole-brain leadership development for domestic and international organisations. Michael is certified in the use of the full suite of Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI) as well as in the EQ-i 2.0, and EQ 360.

Peter Biro is a business development professional who always looks for new ways to enhance performance, professionalism, and level of service quality. Peter holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales. He believes that in order to deliver the best value for our clients we need to have the courage to question industry standards and our own way of doing business. Peter is responsible for the creation and implementation of Podium's business development strategy. In his free time Peter enjoys travelling; his favorite way to get to know new places is "through the eyes of locals". Born in Pécs, Hungary he has lived and studied in Austria, the US, and South Korea.

Tim Bosworth is a ‘leader who develops leaders'. Tim is an experienced trainer, facilitator and L&D program designer for senior, middle and first-level managers. Tim brings a wealth of commercial experience through fifteen years working for Royal Dutch Shell. During this time, Tim worked with a wide-range of stakeholders and leading teams of individuals within and across countries. Tim's experience covers roles in program, change and project management. Tim has held leadership roles in the UK, Greece and France, taking in start up business, operational excellence, continuous improvement and strategy. Tim is passionate about defining the strategy and vision of a company, whilst bringing a pragmatic and credible perspective on leadership and management development.
Wolfgang Wainig has over 30 years of experience in finance, marketing, risk management, consulting, and leadership. From 2008 to 2015 he was Managing Director, Head of Credit Portfolio and Risk Management at Reifeisen Bank International. In 2016 he established his own consulting firm Freibanker, to help banks evolve- helping them focus their vision and goals, and achieve their performance potential. In 2019 Wolfgang became a managing partner at Podium. As trainer and consultant he spezialices in helping his clients and partners to develop and sharpen clarity, and focus, and to achieve business vitality.
