Aris Federman is the Creative Director for PerformancePoint. He earned his BFA in Acting from Pace University in Manhattan and has previously interned in an administrative position at The Orpheum Theatre, Memphis. Although just beginning his career, he has been working in HR for nearly six years, first joining the PerformancePoint team back in 2016. Since then, he has engineered digitally interactive and ‘gamified' trainings with the goal of finding engaging ways to both inform employees and elevate company culture. A few of his training topics include: Harassment Prevention and Inclusion, Remote Employees (Equipping Companies For A Digital Age), and Team Foundations.

Brad is an author, speaker, and consultant with more than 25 years of corporate experience in various aspects of human resources including performance management and employee engagement, employee compensation, executive recruiting, change management and instructional design. His background also includes sales, marketing, product development and operations.

Hollie Federman is a principal of PerformancePoint, LLC. In addition to her involvement in the daily operations of the business she is also the Director of Event
Hollie has over 30 years experience in the Human Resources and Training industry. She has worked for the National Committee for Quality in Assurance in Washington DC as well as Humana Inc. headquarters in the Training & Development Department. Hollie has a master's degree in Human Resources Development and is actively involved on several boards and charities.

Jennifer Blake is a human resources generalist with experience in a variety of industries, including financial services and health care, in the areas of compensation and performance management, employee communications, and the development of hands-on human resources systems.
Prior to joining PerformancePoint, Jennifer was director of human resources for a large, partially-unionized community hospital. Later, she became an internal consultant for a stand-alone children's medical center.
Jennifer is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in business, with a major in human resources management. She is a Certified Compensation Professional through WorldatWork. She has been an active member of several professional human resources groups including the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Mid-South Compensation Association.
Julie Meek joined PerformancePoint in the Spring of 2021. Julie's work experience in HR and account management, along with her outgoing personality, provide her with a valuable perspective when helping clients solve problems. She has a strong focus on talent management, development and coaching, data analytics, and process improvement strategy.
