PHIL BRODRICK

I work as a research technologist in the imaging spectroscopy group at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Our group designs, builds, operates, and analyzes the acquistions of imaging spectrometers. I've had the opportunity to work with a wide array of sensor platforms, including AVIRIS (Classic and NG), the NEON AOP, and the C/GAO. My research interests are broad, and include biodiversity, terrestrial carbon storage, plant traits, mineral composition, and drought. I also work on developing methods, including neural network architectures and atmospheric correction / radiative transfer modeling.
