Three generations ago, our roots sprouted from a quaint little town called Cotija-in the Mexican state of Michoacán-by Francisco Díaz, the patriarch of our family... Los Panchos Mexican Grill Seafood offers traditional, authentic Mexican food, seafood, soups, handmade corn tortillas, micheladas, cocktails, and much more in Escondido and Temecula, California!
