Lee Do Restaurant is the pioneer in cold crab cuisine. We also serve other Fuzhou speciality dishes... Mr Tan started the restaurant in the early 60s and is now handed over to the second generation. We pride ourselves as a family-run local restaurant as there are not many others out there serving traditional Fuzhou (Hockchew) dishes. Till today, we have retained the casual dining atmosphere of our original restaurant in the good old days. We strive to continuously serve our loyal customers quality dishes at reasonable prices... Our restaurant specialises in Fu Zhou cuisine. Fuzhou is the capital of Fujian province, China. Because of Fuzhou's location along the coastal line, this cuisine is one that is more seafood and soup-based.
