LATC - Key Persons
Abisola is responsible for providing strategic legal counsel for a wide range of corporate, commercial, financial and corporate governance matters across the group. As the Group's Company Secretary, she drives and implements good corporate governance practices, procedures and polices for the business by monitoring and ensuring compliance. She provides advice on the alignment of business strategy, governance, legislation and policies.
Abisola has garnered extensive experience on various aspect of the law in the Maritime, Agricultural and Retail sectors of the Nigerian Economy. She advises on relevant principles, techniques, terminology, legislation and regulatory underpinnings the Group's focal sector by ensuring that contractual risks to the business are minimised, whilst delivering consistent and fully compliant services within a demanding environment.
Abisola graduated from the University of Lagos where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree(LL.B Hons). She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She obtained her Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Petroleum Law and Policy from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland UK. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).Abisola has attended several conferences, workshops and executive management programs on corporate leadership, Corporate commercial law, finance and corporate governance.

Gbolahan Shaba is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at LATC where he drives the day-to-day execution of strategy across all of the Group's businesses. He has overall responsibility for driving organizational efficiency, including the establishment and development of key external partnerships and alliances. He sits on the board of all LATC Group companies.

Ijeoma leads our dynamic retail business, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Jumia Nigeria, Google, Nike, and Target. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing commercial strategies, generating profitable business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
Ijeoma attended UCLA, where she became a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She graduated with a BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Accounting, and later earned her MBA in Retail & Luxury Goods Management from Columbia University.
In addition to her role with us, Ijeoma is a Venture Partner at P1 Ventures, where she is passionate about supporting African innovation that enhances people's lives. She actively seeks to connect with startups aiming to create global change.
Kingsley Oko - Chief Strategy Officer
Kingsley leads the Group's strategy efforts, focusing on venture formation, business transformation, and providing strategic support to portfolio companies. His role spans the design and execution of initiatives that drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and value creation across the Group's investments.
Oliver is the Chief Financial Officer of LATC where he oversees the accounting, financial reporting, and financial management functions across our businesses.
Oliver has over 19 years multi-sector experience in Aviation, Shipping, Marine, IT, Finance, Consulting, & Public Sector with a track record of pioneering new businesses across different industries.
Prior to joining LATC, he was Finance Manager at A.P. Moeller-Maersk where he was responsible for the financial accounting unit.
Sam is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our portfolio companies and investments.
