His experience encompasses the full range of utility ratemaking including: cost-of-service, rate design, load forecasting, cost classification, functionalization and rate of return. His expertise includes financial and economic analysis, merger/acquisition, gas supply, strategic planning, utility management, forecasting operating/financial performance and utility regulation. His experience includes management positions at large natural gas and electric investor-owned utilities.
