Kelly's vision was to not only create a space to support the inner and outer beauty of clients, but also to encourage and empower women to excel in their professions while also building balanced and rewarding lives, including the flexibility to manage families, advance their education, or take time off to travel... Halcyon Cosmetic was opened by Kelly Hallam RTNM, CPCP in January 2014. The company has two divisions: Halcyon Cosmetic Clinic and Pacific PMU (formerly Halcyon Cosmetic Professional)...
