The Getfamilyar project is today branded as an effective youth development and empowerment tool by statutory and voluntary youth provisions, attracting upwards of two hundred young people wherever it is staged. Our delivery strategy and outcomes are consistent with the strategic agenda of all London boroughs and responds directly to local areas delivery plans for engaging young people, providing activities to mitigate their involvement in ant-isocial behaviour and crimes and reducing workless-ness. GetFamilyar's integrated approach to youth empowerment through performing arts, combines artistic quality with social and educational content to enhance learning, personal development and self-attainment... Our bespoke programs are designed for schools, colleges, youth centres, Pupil Referral Unit and any other institution that deals with young people.
