Carlo holds a Master's degree in Engineering (Construction) from Catholic University of Leuven and is an experienced Business Manager, Project Director with over 40 years of experience managing large scale projects around the world including the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and Australia. He has been the GM in several countries across the world and has been the Chief Development Officer of BESIX Group up to April 2022. Carlo is currently the Managing Director of Franki Foundations Group (a Belgian subsidiary of BESIX) and also sits on the Board of BESIX Watpac, the Australian subsidiary of BESIX.
Carlo has been appointed as a Board member on 03 October 2023.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Materials Engineering from Imperial College London and a Masters in Management from London School of Economics. Prior to joining Gamma Group in 2019, he worked as a strategy consultant at KPMG's Global Strategy Group in London, where he focused primarily on driving sustainable growth initiatives and data analytics empowered decision-making.
Jean Paul Yan Man Shing is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) as well as a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountant (MIPA). He holds a BSc (Hons.) in Accounting from the University of Mauritius.
He started his career in 2000 as external auditor at Kemp Chatteris Deloitte to then reach the level of Assistant Audit Manager after three years. He joined Holcim (Mauritius) Ltd in 2004 as Accountant & Administrative Officer, before being promoted to the post of Finance Manager in 2006. Additionally he has assumed the role of the Internal Control System Compliance Officer for the Holcim Indian Ocean cluster in 2011 and 2012. He has joined Gamma Construction Ltd since September 2015.
Marie Claire qualified in 1988 with a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Arts of the Université Jean Moulin-Lyon III, France. She further holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Natal, South Africa.
Marie Claire was the head of human resources at Group level since 2000 and in 2012, she was subsequently appointed HR Director of Gamma-Civic Ltd. She is one of the co-trustees of the Gamma Foundation, which is in charge of all CSR projects at Gamma Group level. She is a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors. In February 2015 Marie Claire has been awarded the FT NED Diploma (Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma).
Since July 2015, Marie Claire is no longer an Executive Director, and is a member of the Board in a Non-Executive capacity.

Role of the Board of Directors
Twalha holds a BA, MEng and MA (Cantab) from Cambridge University, and is also a fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). He started his career with Ernst & Young London in 1998, and left as an Audit Manager in 2004. Between 2004 and 2007, Twalha worked mainly in Financial Services with major global organisations, namely Mellon Bank and Deutsche Bank. During the last six years, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of a bank in London.
