But we've worked closely with Maine housing stock, building owners, contractors, and government housing agencies in Maine for decades... After college and work on Wall Street, our managing director returned to Maine. He earned a Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); launched a property management company (which became certified as an IREM Accredited Management Organization, or AMO); and began developing multifamily housing to help accommodate Maine's shifting demographics.
