Earl Projects is an Australian family owned investment business. We invest primarily in property and have also developed multi-residential and mixed use properties, both independently as well as in collaboration with joint venture partners... Claire and Geoff Earl began investing in property in London in 2009 where they were based at the time and started Earl Projects (previously known as GCCE Investments) in 2016 after relocating to Melbourne... Inspired by Alain De Botton's The Architecture of Happiness, our mission is to create homes that are a joy to live in. Our endeavours to achieve this begin with selecting only prime locations, highly connected to amenities but also offering abundant green space for residents. Concrete tower blocks are not for us!
