Cornerstones is a provider of semi-independent accommodation and individually tailored support for young people in the age range of 16+ leaving care... Cornerstones is focused on helping and encouraging young people aged between 16-21 who have emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties to function independently and to lead positive lives in society... The well-being of each of our young people is paramount to us and with this in mind; we provide comfortable living environments of solo and shared accommodation. Young people placed with us are introduced to self-sufficiency and independent programmes such as monetary budgets, health, education, employment and dietary awareness, we believe these are valuable. We promote self-sufficiency and independence through one to one support, guidance and mentoring.
