Passato Organic is a brand of organic wines from the most important appellations in Piedmont: Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera d'Alba and Barbera d'Asti, Roero Arneis, Langhe Nebbiolo and Chardonnay... Passato Organic is the concrete utopia of a winemaking approach that has chosen to guard the natural perfection of wine by accompanying it in its evolutionary process without forcing and without smearing the natural characteristics of the grape... Passato Organic represents a project of sustainability for a select range of historical wines of Piedmont. We have twelve hectares planted with vines within the most expressive and important areas of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, carefully separated from large plots to avoid contamination with conventional agriculture.
